We do it to help them, like I said- if there are more dogs than people willing to adopt them, then they overbreed, they get caught and taken to pet shelters and stuff, and when there are no homes they get put down. Or they never get caught and just overbreed, decimate local wildlife, and get hit by cars. If they get fixed then they can screw all they want without breeding.
