Okay, no it isn't really. They are probably suffering from legitimate problems, involving blood loss, dehydration, and exhaustion. But fuck, you're not a doctor. You don't know this shit. They were being stupid assholes to you so you're going to be one back. Even if it means being one back to their unconscious bodies. They'd be screwed without you anyway.
